Implementation and testing of an Ensemble Kalman Filter assimilation system for the Max Planck Institute Ocean General Circulation Model

This report describes the design, implementation and
testing of a sequential ocean data assimilation system at KNMI. The system combines measurements with the MPIfM ocean model MPI-OM using the Ensemble Kalman Filter. The implementation is largely based on the package developed at NERSC.
