Climate change in the Netherlands. Supplements to the KNMI’06 scenarios 2009

The general scenarios for future climate change in the Netherlands, which KNMI issued in 2006, are not overruled by recent scientific developments. Also according to the present-day knowledge, the four KNMI’06 scenarios together describe the most likely changes in the Netherlands, including asso-ciated uncertainties. This conclusion emerges from an evaluation of research from the past few years, in which specific attention has been paid to the consequences for climate change in our region.
