Products and Algorithms Requirements Document ATLAS

This document presents the products and algorithms which are the focus of ATLAS. Within ATLAS several L2a lidar algorithms cloud and/or aerosol retrievals (and one synergetic L2b algorithm) will be developed for EarthCARE.

This document presents the EarthCARE products addressed by this study as well as their justification with reference to the EarthCARE SRD. Potential approaches for deriving these products are then presented and the recommended approach is identified.
